Albemarle Corp., a specialty chemical manufacturing enterprise, signed a 47,060-square-foot lease for the relocation of its company headquarters from Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Campbell Walker, of Lincoln Harris represented the landlord, Capitol Towers, LLC. Sam Pruitt of Site Selection Group and Tripp Guin of Tripp Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction.
