Lincoln Harris has announced the topping out of Phase II of Capitol Towers in Charlotte, North Carolina’s affluent SouthPark neighborhood.
Lincoln Harris, along with LS3P, ColeJenest & Stone and Shelco, is working toward a February 2017 delivery of the sister building to the impressive South Tower. The second phase of the project, North Tower, which includes 236,250 square feet of retail and office space, is now approximately 50 percent complete.
Capitol Towers offers Class A office space with easy access to Charlotte’s International Airport and Central Business District, secured underground parking and a range of dining options, including outdoor seating and gathering areas, as well as access to a range of lifestyle amenities within a one-mile radius. The project is being built to LEED Gold standards.
In total, Capitol Towers will feature 480,000 square feet of office space and 35,000 square feet of retail space. Phase I includes the 236,250-square-foot South Tower, a parking deck and approximately 25,000 square feet of retail space.
