The Charlotte Business Journal reports the first of two 10-story office buildings, as well as a seven-story parking garage and retail space, is well underway at Capitol Towers in SouthPark.
“The last time a suburban office building of that size delivered in Charlotte was in late 2012, when the Gragg and Woodward buildings were completed at Ballantyne Corporate Park, according to Karnes Research Co,” writes Will Boye.
