Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, a nonprofit corporation established by Congress to oversee the audits of public companies, signed an 8,599-square-foot lease.
Campbell Walker, of Lincoln Harris, represented the landlord, Capitol Towers, LLC. Scott Leachman of Montview TSC Realty Advisors and John Stipp of Office Properties represented the tenant in the transaction.
