Capitol Towers, a premier Class A office development located in the prestigious SouthPark community in Charlotte, North Carolina, has received LEED Gold certification.
“We are proud to contribute another LEED Gold development with many sustainable and energy efficient features in our newest office complex, Capitol Towers,” said Johno Harris, president of Lincoln Harris.
Sustainability and energy efficient features at Capitol Towers range from an on-site parking deck that provides preferred parking for low emission vehicles to an HVAC system designed to measure and filter air before entering the building providing adequate fresh air to tenants.
