Financial services company MassMutual Carolinas has agreed to lease 17,000 square feet of office space in Capitol Towers.
The local office of MassMutal, a mutual life insurance company which provides customized financial solutions to thousands of people throughout the Carolinas, will occupy the third floor of the South Tower. Campbell Walker and Ridr Knowlton at Lincoln Harris represented the landlord, Capitol Towers LLC, in the transaction.
“Capitol Towers continues to be an attractive location for financial and professional services companies and already has attracted firms like MassMutual, Sterling Capital Management, Dixon Hughes Goodman, Albemarle Corp. and Baird,” said Walker.
MassMutual’s space is currently being renovated, and the firm is expected to move in in early March. With that move, South Tower will have about 50,000 square feet of space remaining. The North Tower, which is under construction with expected delivery in late February, will offer 236,250 square feet of office space.
